A former management attorney, Andrew now represents employees in all aspects of their employment disputes from navigating internal workplace investigations to grievances to arbitrations to petitions before State Agencies, and in the courts. Andrew serves as legal counsel to the NJPSA and serves its members in all matters of disputes, with a focus on litigation. Andrew recently appeared before the New Jersey Supreme Court in the matter of Sanjuan v. School District of West New York, 256 N.J. 369 (2024), which established that arbitrators appointed to resolve TEACHNJ tenure arbitration matters have wide remedial authority to fashion remedies that extend beyond dismissal or reduction in salary. Prior to law school, Andrew taught high school mathematics. In law school, he served as an articles editor to the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family of four and, whenever possible, going on an adventure. He is happiest snowboarding in deep snow.
